We are currently seeking a Warehouse Administrator, reporting to the Stock Manager you will be responsible for data entry, processing, and documenting order details. This role will be based at our Felixstowe facility.

**Hours of work will be 08.00 - 17.00 4 days per week inclusive of Saturday & Sunday**

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the administration of the department to ensure that accurate processes are carried out and recorded promptly and to ensure good communication with internal and external customers and suppliersTo assist when required the day-to-day activity of the business
- To assist with maintaining department records per company policy and procedures
- Maintain department stock databases ensuring sufficient information is available for correct identification
- Monitor customer stock needs ensuring sufficient stock is available to fulfil request
- Ensure that all daily stock control tasks are conducted in a timely and accurate fashion
- Physically count any stock queries when required
- Produce relevant WMS stock reports
- Liaise with transport to arrange collection or delivery of good
- Allocate / release orders
- Ensure operational KPI’s are met on a daily / weekly basis

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate internally and externally with customers and suppliers
- High standard of computer literacy including Microsoft packages (Excel and Word)
- Experience of working within an office environment
- Understanding of warehousing and supply chain
- Good time management skills
- Be adaptable, driven and proactive
