Warehouse Admin

We're looking for an experienced **Warehouse Administrator** to join our team in Felixstowe. You'll be responsible for managing our customers' storage and delivery needs, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Controlling import storage requirements.
- Using in-house systems to manage consignments.
- Creating jobs from relevant documentation.
- Arranging shunts, devans, rework, palletisation, storage, collections, and deliveries.
- Liaising with various internal and external teams (import, clients, warehouses, hauliers).
- Building customer relationships.
- Providing stock reports and updates.
- Invoicing and handling queries.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with WMS systems.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations and transport.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
