As a **Senior Talent Acquisition Manager**, we are looking for someone to:

- Build fruitful relationships with key stakeholders to work in partnership with the business to provide a first-class recruitment service
- Manage your own “clients” within the business; prioritising urgent roles, advising on recruitment techniques, talent pooling and headhunting
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Support in the development of the Talent Strategy; looking at how we strengthen our Employer Brand and EVP
- Support in the New Starter process; working closely with the wider HR team, to ensure continued communication with new starters in the lead up to their first day, during their first weeks/months and beyond
- Work at speed and to tight deadlines, whilst never compromising on quality or service

**Qualifications** Essential**
- Experience in an TA or agency recruitment role
- Ability to influence and educate key stakeholders
- Proven experience of recruiting in niche markets - Tech, Finance, Risk and Audit in particular
- Quality driven attitude to pro-active recruitment
- A desire to continually deliver
