**Role Summary**

Our Talent Business Partner role plays an instrumental role in driving recruitment excellence across a portfolio of vacancies using a deep understanding of current and future functional talent needs. This involves ownership of the end-to-end service delivery for key department(s), building relationships and providing a single point of contact for talent acquisition advice.

**Requirements**:

- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Proven experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies.
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills Influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and process management skills.
- Proficiency in various Windows programmes, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
