**Salary**: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working)
**Type**: Permanent
**Holiday Entitlement**: 25 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 days + bank holidays with length of service)

Our Talent Business Partner role plays an instrumental role in driving recruitment, attraction, and talent development. You will share a deep understanding of current and future functional talent needs with a confident approach to achieving the organisation’s targets.

This role involves ownership of the end-to-end service delivery for our departments, building relationships and providing a single point of contact for talent acquisition planning, advice, and consultation for all Talent activity.

**About You**

You will have full 360 in-house recruitment experience with demonstrable experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels.

You will also bring line management experience to our team, supporting wider team development and contributing to a collaborative team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Existing Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Partner experience.
- Experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Proven experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of planning and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaigns.
- Influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and process management and delivery skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Project lead and delivery experience.
- Data and cost analysis experience, using this to inform current and future talent planning approaches.

**About Seashell Trust**

Seashell Trust is a national charity supporting children and young adults with complex learning disabilities and additional communication needs from across the UK. We provide care and education for children and young people aged between 4-25 years in our homes, at our school and college, and through our short break’s services.
