William H Brown is seeking a **Customer Service Advisor** to complement their fantastic team in their Lettings Support Center in **Norwich, NR3, Norfolk**. Up to **£18,600, full-time, permanent - office-based.**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants.

**Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor**:
The main purpose of your role is to provide a **property management **and **tenancy administration support **service to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensurerepair/maintenance works are carried out in time and to agreed standards and coordinate and arrange relevant statutory safety checks.
