**Customer Service Advisor**

**Full time - 40 hours over 5 days**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join the fantastic Jarrold Logistics team at our Distribution Centre in Long Stratton.

Our Customer Service Advisors are often the first point of contact with our customers and therefore ambassadors for the Jarrold brand. We strive to make everyone who interacts with us feel special, delighting our customers each and every time.

This role, through proactive and timely actions, provides fantastic service to a wide range of customers. Working alongside our operational management team you will be able to positively influence our customers' needs and resolve any potential issues.

Ability to work well under pressure and use your own initiative is essential. The main role is answering customer’s queries and dealing with issues so a confident, friendly, and assertive but also empathetic attitude is essential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Receive and handle all inbound, internal and external customer queries and manage through to resolution.
- Engage proactively with Depots to ensure customer requirements are received and actioned.
- Identification and action of issues that may require escalation.
- Undertake any other customer support duties as required.
- Enjoys engaging with customers.
- Is friendly, calm and efficient - even on our busiest days.
- Will be flexible, enthusiastic and always ready to go the extra mile.
