**What will you do as ourCustomer Service Advisor?**

Our emergency contact centre handles thousands of inbound calls a month from members of the public requiring assistance. Your job will be to listen to, support and assist incoming enquiries to the best of your abilities. Day-to-day duties include:

- Logging all calls and cases, raising to the appropriate team when required
- Assessing each situation case by case
- Reassuring the customer and responding accordingly
- Maintaining a compassionate, understanding and professional manner at all times
- Assisting the team in delivering excellence

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who are friendly, thoughtful and compassionate. You should be enthusiastic and hardworking, as well as willing to learn. You will also:

- Be a fantastic communicator
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Have great verbal and written communication skills
- Be a quick leaner
- Be able to multitask
- Be committed and motivated to work hard
