We are recruiting for an outstanding individual to join us as Clinical Teaching Fellow in Paediatric Dentistry (part-time). This is a 0.4 FTE position (4 sessions per week) with a fixed-term of 12 months, and the post-holder will be primarily responsible for providing teaching and assessment in Paediatric Dentistry in the School of Dentistry.

Your priorities will include:

- Provide chairside teaching and supervision in Paediatric Dentistry
- Work closely with the academic and NHS Paediatric Dentistry team to deliver teaching and assessment of dental students, both on clinics and in the clinical skills laboratory
- Contribute to development, in collaboration with academic colleagues, of teaching initiatives including assessment in Paediatric Dentistry
- Contribute to development and delivery of lectures, seminars, tutorials and examinations for undergraduate students, including both in-person and online formats

Who we’re looking for:

- BDS or equivalent
- Full registration with the GDC
- Experience of chairside teaching at undergraduate levels in Paediatric Dentistry (desirable, but not essential)
