Lecturer in Forensic Dentistry

We are recruiting for an outstanding individual to join us as a Lecturer in Forensic Dentistry (full-time). This is a 1.0 FTE position and the post-holder will be responsible for providing teaching and assessment and undertaking research in Forensic Dentistry in the School of Dentistry.

Your priorities will include:

- Provide leadership in the teaching of Forensic Dentistry
- Lead development of teaching initiatives including assessment in Forensic Dentistry
- Develop and provide teaching, supervision, and assessment for undergraduate and postgraduate students
- Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, tutorials, and examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate students, including both in-person and online formats
- Undertake research activity in Forensic Dentistry

Who we’re looking for:

- BDS or equivalent
- A Masters qualification in Forensic Dentistry
- Full registration with the UK General Dental Council (GDC) (desirable but not essential)
- Experience of/familiarity with Forensic Odontology cases
