**Your New role**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for 2 Business Services Co-ordinator’s to join our team in Birmingham. Within this role, you will either be joining our orders team who process temporary and permanent Traffic Regulation Orders and emergency notices;or our third party works team who are responsible for drafting agreements and licences, permitting external organisations access for works to be carried out on the Strategic Road Network.
**What you’ll be leading on**
- Ensure that traffic regulation orders, agreements and licences are drafted and completed to the required performance standards for quality and timeliness.
- Enable and support effective information management including the maintenance of documents and records in accordance with National Highways Policies and Procedures and legal requirements.
- Provision of effective administrative support to the business. A broad ranging accountability which may include executive and project support, support to meetings and conferences, and management of supplies and consumables.
- Ensure the timely and effective dissemination of notices, memoranda and information.
- Ensure compliance with the National Highways Quality Management System and processes. Support and enable audit and assurance activities.
**To be Successful**
- Previous experience within an administration environment including the drafting of legal or detailed documents.
- Experience using IT packages, specifically MS Office
- Communication/Customer focussed experience
- Experience in the use of business information and document management systems
- Excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills
