**Overview**:
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a team delivering a pilot project aiming to ensure focus on improving outcomes for Care Experienced Young Prison Leavers ( 18-45) returning to Birmingham and the Black Country probation clusters and integrating into local services and partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:
The Volunteer Co Ordinator Post will be responsible for the recruitment, training and supervising of a team of volunteer mentors providing community mentoring for Care Experienced Service Users leaving the Wolverhampton prison estate as part of a new and exciting pilot project. Our Volunteer Co Ordinators must be able to work within multi discciplinary environments and be able to build and maintain strong partnership working relationships.
