An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Co-ordinator at Grade 4 within Digital and Customer Services. We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to undertake the role of Business Support Co-ordinator at Grade 4. This is a full time position.
The role will assist the team in various administrative tasks. We are looking for an individual who has a positive and flexible approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with being enthusiastic and self-motivated.
The post holder will provide and co-ordinate high level administrative support to the team, some tasks are listed below.
- Coordination of projects and governance
- Monitoring actions
- Arranging, coordinating and minute taking regular meetings
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Problem solving and resolving issues quickly
- Assisting the wider team with admin related queries
- Collating and analysing information as required
- Being the main point of contact for the team
- Strong organisation skills and multi-tasking
- Driving their own performance and taking responsibility of workload
- Be able to build credible relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills
You will need to be a pro-active team player, with the ability to work to deadlines and able to manage conflicting priorities and competing demands.
You will work flexibly with the AMHP team to provide continuity of service, you will have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation and have strong skills in working productively in a changing and demanding environment.
