Claims Operational Support Co-ordinator

A well established independent Insurance repair claims business seeks to hire a Claims Co-ordinator in this key position managing the claims and ongoing repair works acting as a point of contact for all areas to ensure the claims is managed successfully.
As a Claims Co-ordinator you will manage all scheduled works throughout the day and liaise with Site Teams, be specific point of contact. You will check that the investigation has been completed and all areas of the claim have been surveyed correctly. Youwill ensure that all repairs have been completed to scope whilst managing any re-instatement issues.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is carried out correctly whilst managing the process of the claim to make certain the customer is happy and well informed throughout the process.
You will monitor all incoming claims paperwork and files, making sure it is received in timely manner. You will chase outstanding paperwork and escalate any issues with paperwork as and when required.
This is a key position combining administrative duties, customer service and co-ordination responsibilities. To be considered you will ideally have either a claims, administration or similar background with a good can-do attitude and the willingness to beinvolved in a variety of tasks.
You will be given the opportunity to develop within the business with multiple long term opportunities available.
