Business Transformation Senior Consultant

We would like you to join us as a Business Transformation Senior Consultant to manage and support the delivery of specific projects and their deliverables at client sites across the UK. You will develop strong relationships with key client management at operationaland senior levels. Supporting the Head of Sustainable Transformation Consulting and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposals, you will also identify, and articulate the case for on-selling opportunities.
**About You**:

- Extensive previous experience in Lean/Operations roles
- Ideal background includes wide or specialist sector experience with understanding of dynamics within these sectors
- Track record of successfully acting in a senior consulting role in minimum of three projects / sites
- Track record of developing both Client Practitioners and Unipart consultants
- Able to travel anywhere within the UK as required
- Significant experience / competency in at least two of the following; Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Strong project management skills
- Client relationship management skills - with the ability to positively challenge
- Knowledge of suitable propositions and how to develop these
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills - confidence and credibility
- Excellent team-working, people management and leadership skills
- Works under pressure and on own initiative with a flexible approach

**Location**: Nationwide - must be able to travel anywhere in the UK as required

**Hours**: Full Time
**Salary**: £70,000 plus £5,784 per annum car allowance or a company car
