We are looking for someone who has experience and confidence, both in devising and creating appropriate social media content, and to support the department in handling day-to
- day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging social media content, predominantly for Instagram and Facebook.
- Respond to social media comments and messages.
- Communicate with social media influencers and find suitable influencers to work with.
- Keep our website current with new content, events and promotions.
- Report on social media and website analytics.
- Write interesting and informative copy for marketing and communication material.
- Keep abreast of current social media and marketing trends.
- Assist with designing graphics for promotional marketing material.
- Understand our audience, while working to boost visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure our brand values are upheld across marketing and social media material.
- Seek opportunities to improve the use of social media and grow our followers.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in creating social media content and managing social media accounts.
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing software is preferred.
- Experience using e-commerce platforms such as Shopify is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills and time management.
- Self-motivated, able to work both alone and as part of a team.
- Innovative and creative with a high attention to detail.
- Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the business.
- Marketing qualification and 1-2 years experience required.
