We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator with an interest and skills in analytics to join our Social Media Team. This role will be hybrid with some remote working and some days based at our Head Office in Tunbridge Wells.

**About the role**:
The purpose of the Social Media Coordinator is to support the Social Media Team and deliver the day-to-day requirements to meet the strategy plan. You will have strong organisational skills and an enthusiasm about social media data and analytics that you can expand within the role.

This role will report to the Social Media **Insights/Creative** Manager.

Areas of responsibility will include organising the development of daily social posts for all our social platforms. The social media coordinator will bring individual elements of each post together from the wider marketing team and oversee post publication via scheduling software. They will then monitor each post’s reception by our audience and provide sentiment feedback for our monthly reports.

This role would suit a highly organised individual with an excellent attention to detail. You’ll be self-motivated, with a positive outlook on challenges. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will be willing to learn and pick up new technologies. You will collaborate with staff across various departments within the company and keep the wider team up to date with the key facts around social media and how it affects the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all social platforms effectively and efficiently, escalating relevant issues within the wider team as required
- Day to day coordination of channels - updating all necessary documents as changes occur
- Work on both daily coverage and campaign-specific coverage
- Keeping back up content ready each week to sub in if needed
- Provide the wider social team with guidance from social listening to help determine content plans long-term and in real time
- Us both native social media platforms and external content management software
- Attend campaign and content meetings and feedback information to the team
- Support on posting on social channels
- Hashtag research
- Engage with analytics dashboards and pull data as required for reporting

**Skills**:

- You have a minimum of two years work experience either in social media or as a Marketing Assistant
- You would describe yourself as having a meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, for the team
- Ability to think independently and effectively - prioritising outstanding tasks, especially under pressure
- Able to juggle tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Strong written communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar
- A clear passion about digital and social culture; able to research and present new information regularly
- Multi-tasker able to engage with multiple conversations at a time
- Critical thinker
