Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant Apprentice. This apprenticeship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry while learning from experienced marketing professionals. You will work across multiple areas of marketing, including digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Help optimise website content for SEO and overall user experience.
  • Monitor and analyse website performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging social media content, including posts, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and messages, responding in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in producing high-quality content for blogs, articles, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support content development.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and informative content.

Campaign Planning & Optimization:

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in A/B testing and other initiatives to optimise campaign results and ROI.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential new customers.
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to gain insights into behaviour and preferences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform marketing strategies.
