Page Automotive Group is a family owned accident repair business with locations across the South of England.

We are currently looking for a Central Coordinator to work in our busy Accident Repair Centre in Portsmouth.

The role of Central Coordinators is a hugely important one being the main point of contact for our customers and work providers.

The role of the Central Coordinator is primarily about managing client communications to provide a high quality of customer service. Between handling enquires via incoming calls, general administrative tasks, updating customer accounts and dealing with correspondence, the Advisor is in the front line of client communication.

**Main purpose of job**
- Communicating with our customers and work providers
- Deploying and booking of repairs

**Key responsibilities**
- Loading of new instructions in to Autoflow, making sure all information is correct and present.
- Make initial contact with our customers and either arrange a recovery or an estimate.
- Booking in of authorised claims.
- Communicating the correct information to each site so they can process the claim forward.
- Progressing the claim through the system until it arrives onsite.
- Communicating with the work providers where needed.

- Managing our ‘Customer Journey’ ensuring all of our customers receive the highest standard of customer service.
- Ensure each claim is dealt within the SLA.
