**Project Coordinator - Fibre Delivery ( Maternity Cover up to 12 months)**

**About the Role**:
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for coordinating and managing complex tasks in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a highly capable and telecoms experienced Delivery Coordinator to join our dynamic In-Life project team for a Maternity Cover role of up to 12 months. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of in-life fibre/civils jobs and multi-dwelling unit (MDU) delivery, overseeing critical in-life activities, maintaining job boards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

We are open to offering a 4 or 5 day working week ( salary pro-rata)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and create property release sheets
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate external activities
- Assign tasks/jobs to external stakeholders
- Act as the liaison between multiple internal teams to ensure job progression
- Provide ad hoc status updates for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate MDU delivery activities
- Efficient and accurate processing of in-life jobs
- Timely and accurate preparation of release sheets
- Maintenance and updates to job management systems.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous telecoms experience is essential, with proven experience in processing in-life fibre/civils jobs
- Knowledge of fibre/civils terminology
- Familiarity with raising purchase orders and handling finance queries
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly effective workload management and multitasking ability
- Excellent communication skills, with all stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience with QGIS and Netadmin would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite
- Have the right to work in the UK without restriction
- Live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth HQ.

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
