Please note, right to work in the UK identification must be provided if you are selected for an interview (birth certificate/passport/identity card/share code) **HR Data & Compliance Coordinator** An exciting opportunity has arisen for HR Data & Compliance Coordinator to join our team based at our Head Office, Leeds Wortley site. **Purpose of the role** The HR Data & Compliance Coordinator will manage and maintain accurate HR data through the HRIS and People Trackers, ensuring timely reporting on key metrics. This role involves conducting market and compliance research and coordinating HR policy reviews. The position will play a key role in data collection, identifying trends, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the HR team in optimising processes and maintaining compliance. **Main duties and responsibilities** **What you do**: ˃Be the champion of the HRIS and People Trackers ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting ˃Be responsible for tracking HR data and prepare regular reports to the HR Team and wider business including but not limited to; new starters, leavers, talent and succession, absence and disciplinary data ˃Support the HR Team by using data to identify trends ˃Support the HR Team by performing market research and compliance research on topics including but not limited to; pay, benefits, recruitment, legislative updates. ˃Be responsible for coordinating HR policy reviews by assessing legislative changes and identifying areas of improvement/changes in current policies ˃Provide support to the IMS Team on ISO action tracking ˃Be responsible for handling data requests (DSARs) ˃Collate requested information from insurers regarding claims ˃Maintain accurate document records for agency partners, ensuring periodic checks are completed (e.g. AWR reports / updates to TOBs and T &C’s) ˃Support the HR Team in HR Projects by preparing research, drafts and best practice. ˃Support the HR Manager to maintain the HR calendar (Training, projects, audits etc.) ˃Coordinate and complete HR Audits (including self audits and agency audits), and provide data/trends/outcomes **How you do it**: **Hardworking **> Approach work with energy, commitment, and diligence. **Efficient **> Plan your work effectively.
