HR Admin and Compliance role available in Sherburn-in-Element, easily commutable from York, Selby, and Leeds. This role will be full time office based and you can enjoy an early finish of 12:30pm every Friday

Some of the HR Administrator responsibilities are:

- Support HR projects and analyse key data submissions against multiple sources of data to identify trend, issues and gaps.
- Maintaining business data core value e.g. salary review, talent and succession, performance Development review.
- Covert volumes of data from various sources.
- Research, analyse and interrogate complex finance data against other sources and produce accurate information.
- Supporting with the implementation of new business systems.
- Audit Support and management of compliance.
- Day to day query management.
- Input and management of holidays and absence into the HR database.
- Setting up starters, leavers, and processing changes on HR systems.
- Monitoring daily clocking’s and discrepancies with managers.
- Conducting pre-employment checks.
- Production of Board Reports to reflect HR performance metrics.
- Data Management & Reporting.
- General Administration, scanning and filling of documents.
- Management of the electronic & paper HR in box.
- Creation of excel documents and power point presentations with HR Data.

The working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00am
- 4:45pm and Fridays 8:00am-12:30pm earning between £20,000 - 25,000 dependant on experience.
