HR Administrator | Leeds | Permanent | £21,000-£22,000 per annum
A leading Law Firm in Leeds are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Administrator will support the HR team and wider business in all administrative duties in a methodical and professional manner. You will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a generalist HR environment, you will possesspride in your work, have strong IT and systems knowledge with the ability to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
Duties of the HR Administrator will include:
- Prepare contracts and offer letters for new employees
- Assist with arranging and holding interviews for potential hires
- Work with the Head of HR to manage the trainee solicitor processes
- Manage all new starter paperwork, carry out right to work checks and references
- Assist with updating employee attendance records, disciplinary and grievance and performance matters in line with company procedures
- Update HR system and employee records
- Support the wider HR team with any other ad hoc projects
In return, the salary for the HR Administrator will be £21,000-£22,000 per annum dependent on experience. The core hours of work are Monday to Friday, working 37.5 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm although flexibility will be required to work outside these hoursif required.
