This role is accountable for supporting the delivery of all project phases with a focus on data validation, reporting, testing scripts for compensation and benefits and other compensation and benefits related activity as part of the WorkDay and other systemimplementation.

**Client Details**

Page Personnel have partnered with a well known British Supermarket retailer, who are looking for a Reward, Compensation and Benefit Analyst to join them on an exciting new project.

**Description**
- Contributing to compensation and benefits policy and process changes to change impact assessments to ensure the needs of the customer and HR operational change delivery are fully considered and met when delivering any change that impacts the customers andPeople Operations
- Participate and actively contribute to workshop sessions, follow up communications and driving action plans
- Support with the testing and validation of data and reporting
- Work alongside and collaborate with colleagues in the project, HRSS and the People Centre of Expertise teams to align on changes and support with knowledge documents, training and communications
- Challenge the business to simplify new and existing policies, documents and processes to help create a simpler business

**Profile**
- Demonstrable experience in a HR system/projects implementation role
- Sound knowledge of compensation and/or benefits, policies and practice
- Excellent use of data and excel
- Logical approach to work, with the ability to understand and interpret data
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload

**Job Offer**
