HR Change Analyst (Fixed Term)We are looking for 2 HR Change Analysts to Join us for 12 months to gain valuable experience as the HR Change Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting complex and sensitive multi-country HR initiatives including restructures TUPE processes and other critical organizational changes. If you need any adjustments to make this role work for you let us know and well see how we can accommodate them.What youll doImplement HR processes related to organizational restructures reorganizations and TUPE transitionsProvide expert advice and hands-on support to senior management and HR teams on sensitive projectsCollaborate with partners to support compliance with employment laws and organizational policies during programs and projectsSupport specific extra projects cascaded down from HR Operations Management including but not limited to process improvement document standardisation and othersOversee and manage HR records and ensure timely updates to HR systemsProvide guidance on policies procedures and HR-related inquiriesBuild knowledge of location and/or division-specific practices applying this to improve the future delivery of servicesSupport colleagues with validation of any data amendments calculations and document checks to ensure high-quality service deliveryAct as a key liaison between HR colleagues and internal/external partners during project executionGuarantee adherence with labour laws and company policies during restructures and other HR projectsPrepare and analyse reports on HR metrics and project outcomesFind opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance HR operational processes and systemsAssist with the planning and coordination of training for new hires and existing team members wherever requiredProvide administrative support during recruitment and onboarding of new hiresHow youll do itExperience in a fast-paced vibrant environment is desirableExperience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes; experience supporting senior partners preferredExperience in supporting HR-related programs and projectsProven ability to support employees across the globe taking into account local nuances preferredAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionProblem-solving approach with a focus on delivering practical solutionsComfort navigating through and processing transactions in an HR enterprise system (Workday preferred)Excellent written communication skillsAnalytical attitude with the ability to identify and solve problems as the need arisesFocused on employee experience and efficient process deliveryAbility to collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments like Rewards Finance Legal and ITSolid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyWhats in it for youWe are a flexible employer; whether you have personal commitments or a hobby that brings you joy we want you to bring your best self to work and feel empowered to do so.
