About The RoleDue to the continued success and expansion of Avonline Networks we have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. This role fits within Avonline's SHEQ and will work collaboratively with the Operational departments.

Avonline Networks deliver service excellence on a nationwide basis. From the national fibre networks which millions of homes and businesses rely upon every day, to the infrastructure that delivers the latest technology to Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU's) across the UK. Providing installation and maintenance of infrastructure to MDU's across the UK for public sector, social housing, and private landlords, which include the latest technology, FTTP and IRS.

**The role & responsibilities**:
Your role will be to provide administration support to the SHEQ function, working with our subcontractor supply chain to ensure compliance.

You will:

- Vetting company and individuals information against our guidelines before uploading into our central database.
- Working collaboratively with our subcontractors to achieve compliance.
- Booking and setting dates for inductions for individuals.
- other administration activities.

**What we need from you.**
- Awareness of customer’s satisfaction for both internal and external sources.
- Excellent computer skills including strong understanding of word & Excel.
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, result driven and thrives in a busy working environment.
