**The Role**:
Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit an **Administrative Assistant** You will be a highly competent, proactive and self-driven Administration Assistant to provide support to Staff and Management in the Telesales and Retentions Department with administrative work and providing clerical support

This is a full-time position with office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM, including a 30-minute lunch break.

As our **Administrative Assistant** your key responsibilities will be:

- To work closely with the Telesales and Retentions Managers and support with administrative tasks
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Measuring the performance of different diallers/activities
- Sending daily performance updates
- Extracting data from internal systems to track and report on team productivity
- Has attention to detail when completing tasks
- Complete Compliance checks for the teams
- Ensure that administrative tasks run smoothly

**what you will bring to toob**:

- Ideally, has previous experience of working in a busy administrative role (not essential)
- Ability to work proactively, multi-task and prioritise their own workload effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical - can demonstrate, through examples, a structured approach to tasks
- Strong IT skills with experience of using computerised systems and office-based software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, resilient and driven
