Matt Grange Home Heating Experts are seeking a highly organized and motivated **Administrative Assistant** to provide general office support and administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Prepare, send, and track invoices to clients; process card payments.
- Order stock from suppliers.
- Create reports and maintain basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is desirable but not essential.

**Hours & Availability**:

- 12-16 hours per week over two or three days to be arranged, however Monday is required.
- Shifts will start at 8.30am
- Must be available to work extra days to provide holiday cover as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
