**Data Input Reports Administrator**

**Location**: Ross-on-Wye, HR9 5BP
**Salary**:£9.16 p/h paid overtime available
**Contract**: Full Time, Permanent

We are currently looking for a Data Reports Administrator to join our enthusiastic team at HSL Compliance, one of theleading companies in the legionella compliance industry providing services to Local Authorities and Housing Associates throughout the UK.

**Data Input Reports Administrator - The Role**:
Reporting to the Reports Production Manager, the Data Report Administrator role is to input data to produce Water Hygiene Risk Assessments and Asbestos Reports, Reviews, Surveys and any other technical reports.
Furthermore, to produce schematic drawings and CAD drawings to accompany the above reports and to ensure all objectives are achieved in a timely manner.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Produce Log Books and reports when required
- Evaluating and approving survey data to ensure all information is correct using the company’s in-house software packages before sending to site
- Generally, assist all HSL staff in the execution of their duties
- Promote the Company’s best interests at all times

**Data Input Reports Administrator - Experience, Skills & Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of word processing and data input will be advantageous
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Strong ICT skills
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and an effective team player
- GCSE grade C and above in English and Mathematics
