Company DescriptionStobart (Part of the Culina Group) is a leading ambient transport and logistics business, providing services to many of the UK’s best known brands across core consumer and retail sectors.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive… A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspiredJob DescriptionAs Compliance Administrator you will ensure compliance functions are achieved and carried out to the highest standard through positive working and a flexible approach whilst delivering an excellent Fleet service.Working hours: 5 from 7 days, 8 hour shifts.Salary: £25,896 per annum.Key Duties of a Compliance AdministratorTo provide administrative support the Fleet Management team and Fleet Team and assisting with the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse Office.Filing of service sheets, MOT/plating/tacho certificates and logbooks and chase outstanding paperwork and documents.Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information.Arranging callouts which require immediate action.Book relevant tests for fuel trucks and tankers when required.Ensure all trucks are serviced to legal requirements.Planning and arranging equipment inspections.Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.Update and maintain MyFleet.Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.Assist with Driverline calls when volumes peak.Update the Group on any legal obligations to be complied with.Any other administrative duties within reasonable request.QualificationsPrevious experience within a similar role or administration experience.Good working knowledge of MS Packages – Excel, Word, Outlook.Good level of numeracy and literacy.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy with a keen eye for detail.Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.Additional InformationAs part of our drive to make Stobart (Part of the Culina Group) a great place to work.
