**Reports To: Health and Safety Manager **& Transport Manager**
Job Purpose: Administration of the HSEQ, Transport and Compliance functions of the Group, Ensuring, all Paperwork is filed correctly, supporting the HSEQ Manager and Transport Manager ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly in the server.
Aid in the development and management of the department, identifying and improving current processes of the Group. Maintain excellent Peer and client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assisting and Maintaining company accreditation's, standards, and policies.
- Supporting the Health and Safety Manager with all procedures to make sure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Maintain and identify improvements in the company Integrated management system in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001.
- Continuous monitoring and identifying potential improvements of the Health safety and compliance performance aiding the manager in delivery of Weekly and Monthly HSEQ objectives.
- Aid in the management of Training Data for the sale and Hire of Products to external clients in line with the companies FASET accreditation.
- Assisting with the team in preparation for external audits and inspections from governing bodies such as NASC, FASET, ISO & VOSA.
- Supporting Management with any administration tasks required within Health, Safety and Compliance.
- Aid in the management, production and improvement of risk assessments and method statements, with logs and filing correctly to support current and past projects.
- Prepare and support Health and Safety Manager and Transport Manager with RAMS
- Prepare and storage of paperwork for inductions, training, and toolbox talks.
- Aiding in the completion of PQQ - Health and Safety Questionnaires for new and current clients.
- Providing HSEQ compliance, advice, guidance with applicable legislation and industry best practice
- Assisting in the investigation and reporting of accidents, incidents and non-conformances and making recommendations for corrective action
- Organise and undertake detailed site surveys / audits, alongside the Scaffolding Contracts Management, Health and Safety Manager, Transport Manager and Yard Manager to allow detailed Reports to be compiled, with actions for heads of departments to close out in a timely manner.
- Liaise closely with Contracts Supervisors and Managers, aiding in training booking and management, support and remind contracting team of HSEQ and management structure requirements for weekly, monthly and annual reporting.

- Previous Experience + Qualifications would be beneficial
- Experience in HSEQ, Transport and Compliance functions of a Multi Skilled Workforce Preferred.
