Page Personnel are representing a Logistics Company based in Northampton.
**Description**
The key responsibilities of HR Manager will;
- Provide advice and generalist HR support.
- Develop effective on-going relationships, responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach.
- Assist departmental managers on the interpretation of company policies and procedures as well as local agreements.
- Support in delivering the People plan for the year.
- Lead and Develop the HR Team.
- Support the Payroll Administrator with the integration of weekly and monthly payroll.
- Assists in disciplinary / grievance hearings, advising on legislative and company policy and procedures.
**Profile**
The successful HR Manager will have;
- Proven HR experience in similar role.
- Experience of Managing an Advisory People Team
- Skilled in providing pragmatic, tailored HR advice.
- Experience of supporting managers with complex employee relations issues.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or qualified by experience.
- Competent knowledge of UK employment law.
**Job Offer**
The HR Manager will be offered;
- Up to £43,000 salary
- 8 month FTC
- Hybrid working
- Part time or full time
- Flexible working hours
