**Overview**

You will
- Help shape a culture of growth and learning, steering away from blame to embrace effective training and learning from mistakes
- Lead a small team of dedicated professionals, coaching them to excel and delivering impactful results.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, providing insightful management information to drive informed decisions.

**The Role**
- Manage ER cases, suspensions and dismissals to resolution, championing fair processes and minimising risk.
- Partner with ACAS for efficient resolution of disputes and claims.
- Provide coaching to line managers for proactive conflict resolution and effective investigations.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to enhance policies and procedures for real-world effectiveness.

**Your background**
- Proven track record managing both volume and complex ER workloads.
- MCIPD qualification and up-to-date UK employment law knowledge.
- Strong coaching skills, keen attention to detail, and adept at managing fellow HR professionals.
- Thrive under pressure, managing multiple cases and deadlines while leading by example.
- Values-driven, fostering respect, transparency, and integrity within a collaborative team environment.
- You will need to have either worked in a dedicated ER role or have a very strong lean towards it in a high employee turnover environment.
