Page Personnel are presenting a Public Sector Organisation based in Northampton.

**Description**

The Senior HR Advisor key responsibilities are to;
- To work closely with the Senior Workforce Planning and HR Business Partner to provide a coherent and consistent HR support
- To support, when needed, on more complex employee relations casework.
- Support the Workforce Planning and Talent Management Officer with recruitment for vacancies across all of the schools
- Creating job descriptions, person specifications and recruitment adverts
- Provide support for the organisation appraisal process
- To ensure all new and existing staff complete the relevant mandatory training such as Safeguarding etc.

**Profile**

The successful Senior HR Advisor will have;
- CIPD Qualification
- Experience working in a generalist HR role

**Job Offer**

The Senior HR Advisor will be offered;
- Salary up to £35,000
- Hybrid working
- 6 month FTC - potential to extend
