The HR Advisor will take responsibility and provide a proactive comprehensive HR support to managers and all employees within the Company. To support the HR Business Partner with the HR KPI reporting, project work, HR activities by networking and promotingthe organisation.

**Description**
Some of the key responsibilities for the HR Advisor are to;
- Provide first line full HR support, advice and guidance on HR matters including general enquiries and employee relations, employment legislation, policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievances, absence and performance management.
- Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing expert advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR related issues to support understanding and ensure effective communication of HR best practice.
- Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns.
- Training and coaching managers to develop their people management skills as required.
**Profile**
The successful HR Advisor will;
- Strong organisational skills and process driven with the ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
- Hands-on advanced PC skills and HR systems (Microsoft Office, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Ability to design clear and fair Company policies and procedures
- Practical and logical approach with the ability to solve problems quickly
**Job Offer**
The HR Advisor will be offered;
- Salary up to £40,000
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
