- **Handling Inbound Calls**: Answering a high volume of calls, managing enquiries, and booking appointments with speed and accuracy.
- **Overturns and Scripts**: Staying calm and professional while following scripts and handling overturns.
- **Admin Tasks**: Staying organized and on top of various admin duties to keep the wheels turning smoothly.
- **Multitasking Mastery**: Managing multiple priorities and staying composed, even when the pressure is on.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to perform data entry accurately

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
