**Regional Customer Support Advisor**

**Salary: £42,000**

**40 hours per week on Mon to Fri, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, with flexibility required**

**About the Job**

We are looking for a professional individual with strong managerial skills to join our team, based out of** Colten House, Ringwood BH24 3FE.**

As the Regional Customer Support Advisor, you will assist in the recruitment process and CSA (Customer Service Advisor) training, ensuring that the team excels in customer service, administrative tasks, and general operations. You will also be responsible for preparing reports for Head of Customer Service and covering shifts when necessary. An important part of the role will be engaging with the local community, helping CSAs build relationships and maintain a contact database for each home while assisting with marketing activities as directed by the Head of Customer Service, Home Managers, or Marketing team. Your training efforts will ensure that CSAs and admin teams are well-equipped to handle enquiries and conduct effective home tours. You will take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues. As a leader, you will embody the company’s values, ensuring they are reflected in every aspect of your work.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in customer service, team leadership, and administration, ideally within the care home or healthcare sector. You must be an excellent communicator and motivator, highly organised, and adaptable to the demands of a fast-paced and varied role. You will be flexible in your day-to-day work, enabling you to work as required across various locations to meet business needs.
