We are currently recruiting for a **Marketing Executive** on behalf of our Hampshire based client, who are a specialist provider of IT Infrastructure and Support services, supporting organisations to improve digital maturity.

We are looking for an all-round marketing executive, to join and support the newly formed sales and Business Development team.

**What you’ll do**

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Leading the development of marketing collateral
- Developing and articulating key benefits of the products and services into easily understood collateral
- Managing campaigns - including recording and reporting on results, both in house and in conjunction with partners.
- Social media posting, thought leadership, business development support
- Supporting the team to develop collateral & strategy in any form to support and promote the business
- Coordinate and report on customer surveys and findings

**The skills you’ll need**

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a keen attention to detail and the ability to be able to follow processes and procedures.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- In-depth understanding of demographics & how to communicate with them
- Understanding of a variety of marketing channels - especially digital
- Copywriting skills
- Ability to record and manage spending against budgets
- Ability to manage own workload
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and be reactive
- Basic ability in Adobe Suite (InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Social media skills and knowledge with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Database contact creation and market research to support business development
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and AdWords
- A marketing-related qualification: Degree, CIM Diploma, Level 5 NVQ+
- 3 years’ experience in a B2B environment
