Role:Customer Care OperativeLocation:Head office – Ringwood, Hampshire & various sites across the South of EnglandSummary:Attend to appointments for remediation of reported defects and complete repairs to a high standard. Investing in people doesn’t just mean training to KAMM, it means understanding individuals and helping them to prosper at home as well as at work.Roles and Responsibilities:Carry out inspection and rectification of groundworks defectsTake instruction from the Customer Care Manager and ensure all customer appointments are attended on tim and in a professional mannerSuperb interpersonal and communication skills; working with your team, external customers, sub-contractors, third party builders and their respective teams to resolve & rectify problemsKeep accurate records and photographs of all issues attended toEnsure NHBC, Health and Safety, PPE, RAMS and customer care SLAs are abided byWork closely with site teams and provide support as and when requiredEnsure work vehicle is kept clean, presentable and road worthy and any issues are reported for prompt repairEssential Competence and Training:Full UK Driving LicenceUK Right to workValid CSCS Card with a minimum of 2 years groundwork experienceAn understanding of construction drawingsKnowledge of NHBC regulationsExperience with CCTV survey & high powered jetwashCPCS or NPORS #J-18808-Ljbffr
