Join us as an **Operational Communications Co-ordinator** and you’ll be a big part of this.
**Role Purpose**: As part of the Store Operations and Communications team within our Store Operations function, the Co-ordinator plays a significant role in creating and sharing communications content through our range of channels along with supporting operational activity ensuring store colleagues have all they need to fulfil their role, implement desired activity, drive sales and importantly ensuring we put customers first.
Ultimately, you’ll be contributing by connecting colleagues to operational activity and overall business activity along with enabling continued colleague engagement.
- Provides co-ordination support for operational activity with focus on ensuring content is published accurately adheres to brand guidelines, and on-time to the relevant audience.
- Ensures all communications are simple and effective to support an efficient store operation which enables colleagues to maximise time with customers.
- Responsible for admin, including maintaining up-to-date distribution lists, overseeing team mailbox, reporting, and tracking activity progress across stores.
- Supports the planning and delivery of operational activity, campaigns, and events, including execution of communication plans and impact measurement.
- Assists the wider Store Operations function with communications, insight reporting, compliance and ongoing colleague engagement.
- Answers store queries in a timely manner ensuring they have the support they need.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
- Knowledge of Adobe design tools (desirable)
- Experience of working in a Store environment, Communications or Store Operations role (desirable)
- Experience of events support and creating content/communication materials (desirable)
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Able to work at pace, with agility and comfortable under pressure
