Are you a creative and forward-thinking individual? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Vehicle Damage Motor Team at Ageas Based in the north of England or southern Scotland, you'll cover the northern section of the UK mainland.

As a Supplier Relationship Co-ordinator, you'll report to the Motor Repair Network Lead and take charge of multiple supplier relationships across the motor repair network. Your mission? To deliver strategic benefits, ensure our contractual relationships provide exceptional value and meet customer outcomes, and uphold the highest standards within the motor supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the motor repairer network to meet business needs and market advances.
- Manage supplier relationships to control claims costs and enhance KPIs.
- Oversee outsource agreements and third-party contracts, managing commercial and risk activities.
- Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and report through the risk management framework.
- Ensure repair capability, service, and capacity across Solution Centres.
- Benchmark supplier progress to drive improvements.
- Integrate ESG strategy into procurement and SRM activities, reporting on success.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team for technical support and audits.
- Ensure compliance with current and future legislation.
- Implement and evaluate initiatives, reporting findings to the Motor Network Lead.
- Contribute to the strategic priorities of the Claims function and Ageas UK.
