**About the Job**:
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will provide efficient, timely and accurate processing of the accounts receivable and payables ledger, whilst supporting and collaborating with the site Finance Team to ensure we meet our local and Group reporting deadlines.

On a day-to-day basis, this role will:

- Manage and maintain strong working relationships both internal and external.
- Be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the sales & purchase ledger.
- Ensure that delegated authority levels are adhered to by all.
- Be involved in some Credit Control duties including managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery.

The Finance Co-ordinator will have experience in a similar role / relevant field. You will also:

- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Offer a high levels of customer service.
- Be efficient, proactive, self-motivated, highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Have numerical accuracy and understand the importance of confidentiality.
