**Key responsibilities**
To create POS that meets the needs of the relevant campaign, trading event or proposition that supports insights & makes our stores easier to shop. To create the print brief and manage all projects to the required standard, on budget & delivered within the agreed timescales. As POS Design Co-Ordinator you will:
- Project Manage all POS activity within the relevant categories
- Be responsible for the end-to-end management for medium size lay flats supporting the seasonal trading calendar
- Manage POS requests for all trading templated artwork and ad-hoc projects
- Liaise with the customer insights, brand & proposition teams to ensure solutions address the customer needs
- Work within the brand guidelines and work with the brand team to develop them to meet the changing requirements of the business
- Gather content and create copy adhering to brand tone-of-voice principles
- Understand what works well in a large format retail space and develop innovative print solutions
- Write the POS brief and obtain sign off from key stakeholders as part of the agreed CPA.
- Resolve content and delivery related issues raised by the stores via the Issues Log
- Attend relevant meetings to represent the marketing function for POS
- Define any POS elements and equipment needs to deliver against the brief & complete the print brief and communicate to the relevant printers and equipment suppliers within the agreed timescales (including lab setup & trial stores)
- Complete the POS section of the SUTS pack for all owned activity and where standalone responsible for completing the full pack and arranging communication to stores
- Review activity execution via store set ups & responsible for the in store PIR to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Liaise with the budget holder for each project, maintain the tracker & process invoices in a timely manner
- Resolve all role related queries associated with POS design, content, allocations including retail and cross functional team’s feedback
- Support the wider team based on workload allocation and priorities of the Retail Marketing team
- Be involved in annual planning briefs for various areas of the business e.g. TradePoint
- React to and resolve tactical trading and health and safety issue across the business in a timely manner ensuring all the relevant stake holders are communicated with
- Plan and work on projects with the relevant cross functional teams 6 - 9 months out from delivery
