**Job description**

Key Duties:

- Overseeing the daily Rework operations in Eastleigh (Marine and Tacx segments)
- Co-ordinating rework requirements for ECO, Stop Action and bundles
- Reviewing the daily rework schedule, prioritizing workload, and resource planning
- Working with Inventory Planning and Warehouse teams to organize movement of stock
- Picking physical goods for rework and transferring inventory in the system
- Creating WIP jobs and work instructions
- Rework of physical goods by adding/removing components, updating SW, repacking etc.
- Working with the Quality Assurance team to implement appropriate quality procedures
- Transferring completed rework stock into designated WH locators
- Inventory management and replenishment of consumable materials for rework
- Minor hardware changes for bespoke products
- Supervision of temporary staff, when required
- Developing training plans and guides for other staff and/or new processes
- Overseeing waste management processes
- Processing faulty/damaged units
- Supporting projects and initiatives to improve efficiency
- Procuring tools and equipment
- Housekeeping

Education & Experience:

- Consumer electronics experience
- Good IT competencies including Microsoft Office and Oracle
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a warehouse environment and manual handling
- Experience in a position of responsibility
- Proven ability to work as part of a team
- Soldering skills are preferable
- D2 reach FLT and counterbalance FLT experience are preferable
