We are looking for a highly organised individual who is looking to pursue a career in internal recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team.

With over 600 stores across the UK, our retail portfolio spans across out-of-town discount superstores, to inner city, premium boutiques. As Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will provide recruitment support and advice to retail colleagues whilst delivering excellent customer service.

What will I be doing?- Partner with Retail Managers to provide best practice advice and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.- Work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partner for retail to ensure delivery of retail specific resourcing plans- Ensure roles are advertised, shortlisted, and offered in a timely manner-
- Ensure that all Talent Acquisition administrative processes are operating effectively by maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for development and improvement- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner for retail to develop new ideas and ways of working to maximise our retail attraction strategy- Develop strong working relationships with HR colleagues, to ensure the service to all customers is fully integrated and we are meeting customers’ expectations- Provide other administrative and project support as necessary.- Ensure equality and diversity is celebrated and considered as part of all decisions taken

What skills are you looking for?

You’ll be able to bring to the role:
- Experience of working within a fast moving office environment, delivering to deadlines with different priorities.- Practical experience of working with and entering data into databases and ensuring high standards of data integrity and accuracy.- Strong customer service experience, focused on continuous improvement of service provision- Highly organised and conscientious with strong prioritisation skills- Strong attention to detail

Experience working within retail or recruitment would be a bonus, but not a requirement.
