**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building strong relationships with stakeholders, this could be the opportunity for you

You’ll also support and guide more junior members of the team and future new starters.

A key focus of this role will be championing diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding inclusive hiring practices at every stage of the recruitment process. Collaboration will be vital as you partner closely with HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with workforce planning and broader business objectives.

This role is based in our Tiddington Head Office, just outside Stratford-Upon-Avon. However, we understand how important a positive work-life balance is, so to help you give your best, we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home.

**About you**:
We’re looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You’ll be a team player willing to support the wider team when needed and able to collaborate with colleagues. In this role, you’ll need exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver effective recruitment strategies that meet the needs of the business.

What we’re looking for:

- Significant experience in a TA role, gained from an in-house or an RPO environment - ideally within financial services
- Experience of recruiting head office corporate roles outside of Technology
- Experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Strong understanding of recruitment challenges across different sectors, including market trends and key skillsets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
- Strong sourcing skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pipelines
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience driving inclusive hiring practices.
