**About the role**:
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to work with our Technology division on a 12-month fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the future of our technology teams by identifying and attracting top talent in areas such as software development, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.

**About you**:
What we’re looking for:

- Significant experience in a technology recruitment role, gained from an in-house environment
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including market trends and key skillsets.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to discuss and understand technology skills.
- Creative sourcing skills and experience using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pipelines.
- Strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience driving inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience working within a large-scale commercial environment, ideally within a regulated environment would be highly beneficial.
