About the Role

We are seeking a Property Acquisitions & Operations Associate to join our growing operations team in Stratford.

This role is central to ensuring the efficient acquisition of residential properties — from offer acceptance (MOS) through to completion — while maintaining close coordination with all relevant stakeholders.

You will work closely with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors, and utility providers to streamline the end-to-end property purchase process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience within an estate agency or property acquisition environment, with a strong understanding of UK conveyancing and residential buying procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full acquisition process for residential properties, ensuring timely progression from Memorandum of Sale (MOS) to completion.
  • Liaise with estate agents, solicitors, RICS surveyors, gas and electricity engineers, and other third-party professionals.
  • Monitor and chase outstanding actions to reduce delays in transactions.
  • Communicate regularly with homebuyers and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience before and after completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all acquisition activities and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve process efficiency.
  • Support due diligence checks and ensure compliance with internal acquisition standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working for or with an estate agent or within a property acquisition/management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK residential buying process, from offer through to completion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Confident using CRM or property management systems (training provided).
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for timelines and outcomes.
