We have an opportunity for an entry Level **Service Co-ordinator** to join our organisation

The **Service Co-ordinator**will be based at our offices in **Stoke-on-Trent**

Purpose of the role **Service Co-ordinator**;
- Adullum are a part of a new service dedicated to making homelessness history. Led by Concrete and alongside Mind, Changes and Walk we are delivering a 24/7 support service that helps our customers not just survive but thrive in their homes through a bespoke,seamless, long-term recovery solution to tackle the underlying issues of homelessness.
- As a Service Coordinator you’ll work together with other agencies to increase support and improve the lives of some of the most excluded people in Stoke-on-Trent. You’ll help those without a plan, without a voice and without a home, build concrete futuresby addressing the underlying issues that keep people from finding and securing a home of their own.
- You’ll play a key role in a team that offers something unique to people across the city in housing crisis through a bespoke approach that doesn’t judge, that gives customers a voice and provides everything from quality accommodation, mental health support,tenancy skills support and peer-led support from people with real lived experience.
- You will be expected to ensure your relationships with colleagues and external agencies are effective and professional and contribute to the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
