**Location**: Stoke-on-Trent
**Salary**: £27,300 per annum
**Contract**: Full-Time, Permanent (37.5 hours/week)
**Schedule**: Flexible hours including evenings and weekends (rota basis)

Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges, build resilience, and transition to independent living?
We are seeking a **dedicated and compassionate Service Coordinator** to join our team in **Stoke-on-Trent**, supporting young people within our **OFSTED-regulated supported accommodation service**.
**Your Role**:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of support for a caseload of young people, helping them build confidence, life skills, and independence through trauma-informed, person-centred care. You’ll work flexibly to respond to individual needs and play a key role in safeguarding and empowering those in your care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide consistent, person-centred support to young people in line with safeguarding and risk management procedures
- Develop, deliver, and review one-to-one and group sessions based on tailored support plans
- Assist young people in preparing for independent living, developing key life and social skills
- Maintain up-to-date support records, risk assessments, and incident logs using our CRM system
- Act as the first point of contact for your caseload, coordinating with families, external professionals, and agencies
- Respond to emergencies, lone-working as required
- Ensure services are compliant with OFSTED standards for Supported Accommodation
**What We’re Looking For**:
**Essential**:
- Experience in supported accommodation for young people
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and care planning
- Confident communication, de-escalation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work flexibly across shifts (evenings/weekends)
- A passion for making a lasting impact on young people’s lives
- Commitment to our values-driven and Christian ethos
**Desirable**:
- Experience with trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches
- Experience with lone working in care/support settings
- IT literate with knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Pyramid)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
